Read Advisory Services was founded by Shaun Read, a seasoned corporate lawyer. The broad range of services offered by Read Advisory Services speak to the experience that Shaun has gained during more than 20 years of providing legal services.

Prior to establishing Read Advisory Services, Shaun was the Service Leader for PwC Legal in South Africa. During his time at PwC, Shaun played an integral role in enhancing a multi-disciplinary approach to client mandates.

Shaun was one of the founders and directors of Read Hope Phillips Attorneys, a boutique corporate law firm. During his time at RHP Shaun advised on a range of M&A transactions including private equity deals and listings. Shaun also advised on the defence of one of South Africa’s largest hostile takeovers.

Shaun is an enrolled practising attorney and a Consultant with Simpson Incorporated Attorneys and Conveyancers through which he is able to offer litigation and conveyancing services.
